Volume 14 is probably the bawdiest one of Monster Musume. Kimihito finds himself obliged to work on a farm operated by monster girls. Cathyl and Merino are serving as advisors. This turned into a disappointment for me. When I saw them on the cover, I had the hope one of my favorite characters, their neighbor Ils, might show up too. She didn't and for that matter, we see little of the ladies of Kimihito's house save for Rachnee, who's trying to get him back home. On this farm, there are minotaurs. pans and satyrs, all of whom need milking and they like it done by human hands. The gag is really stretched, but some of the new monster girls are interesting. It seems female satyrs are just like their male counterparts, which means Kimihito will have to fight to keep his virtue. I imagine the protagonists of a new series, Interspecies Reviewers, would have liked to have been in his situation. Fans of Monster Musume who want something a bit spicier might want to give Interspecies Reviewers' first volume a look. After all, we are going to have to wait until next summer for Volume 15 of Monster Musume.
I absolutely love MonMusu but this volume was a let down. It was all about milking boobs and while it was a funny/ cringy gimmick in Vol 8 with Cathyl it was waaaaay over done in this vol. There was little focus on the characters or actual story other than how they liked their breasts massaged and there was no real depths to the new characters. And yes while MonMusu is a harem with a sexy comedy story this vol was just over the top with sexual content with little comedy. Don't get me wrong I like sexual content but the whole thing was sex sex sex and it took away from what made Monmusu so charming in the first place. Luckily it looks like the next vol should return to the normal MonMusu vibe but looks like we got to wait a year. Hopefully Okayado willget his grove back and give us more than a fetish fest next time
This is sort of a fetish toss away. There is no story tospeak of, just our hapless hero going to the farm andending up milking an endless supply of monster girls.So if you're into that( although if that's the case, whynot just purchase an actual hentai?) you'll enjoy it.From what I understand, the author has suffered amental breakdown, which could explain this and theprevious volume.
My headline might make it sound like this was a good thing, but it wasn't. I'm sort of conflicted .. Okayado draws his girls really cute, which is why I've kept up with this series .. but I'm not a fan of the "gigantic jugs" fetish stuff. This issue was just .. too .. MUCH with the oversized mammaries and all the girls wanting to get milked. Monster Musume is a guilty pleasure for me. I like a bit of moderate not-too-smutty pervy cartoon fun, with hot monster-girls and lots of innuendoes. The series started with a lot of charm but has been gradually sliding in a more sleazy direction for a while. This issue was a sudden drop in level of taste for me.But if you like seeing semi-furry cartoon babes with jumbo-sized hooters getting WAY more excited than they really ought to when our hero gropes them, then this might be right up your alley.
The cover pretty much says it all, Kimiheto's been guilt tripped into working for the boss's shady dairy farm. ( to help pay off the damage caused during Su's battle with the other monster silme) It turns out that the farms workers are all buxom monster girls and Honey's the only male! It turns out they only need him to cook and clean for them, but Cathyl San from earlier issues turns to Kimiheto for a little hands on milking, some of the other Minotaur girls find out and want the same and well..
Everyone has their own reasons for enjoying Monster Masume. Some like the story. Some like the art style. Me? I love heavy breasted monster chicks, and as far as I'm concerned..this (vol. 14) is more enjoyable than a full on hentai.SPOILERS******The protag, Kimi, gets shipped off to a farm to help its workers with everyday farm life. Cooking, laundry, the daily routine. As well, however, he's pressured into assisting with milking the livestock so to speak. Lots of milking. LOTS...of milking. Okayado pretty much said to hell with it and pulled out all the stops on this one and you are left with page after page of boobie heaven (sorry..just callin it as I read it ;o)We're introduced to a handful of new characters as well as a few returning ones (lovely Cathyl among them) and get a little info on each, all, while enjoying page after page after page...of milking. Really a cute story. Just gonna play the role of the honest pervert and say if you like boobs, 14'll be more satisfying than any of the other volumes yet. *shrug**
Well after the rampage of Slimezilla and Suu our hapless hero needs to help pay for the damages to the city. But this farm is one with not only normal animals, but a lot of monster girls who need a little hands on help. Whether its cooking, cleaning, or milking he takes it in stride. But there is a group who wants to take over, and they see him as the most direct path to their goal.This one has a not more fan service than previous volumes and toes the line again but it still is an enjoyable series and wish they will get a second season started because it is a funny and enjoyable romp.
The whole farm arc is a few shots off an actual hentai. If you're into it, it's a heavenly dream despite the simplicity of it. However, after this, all else will look boring in comparison. If you're looking for plot-somehow-it's overly simplified they put any effort into explaining this unlike other arcs.Again, for a harem manga, its a entertaining read.
