Excellent book, well-written and highly motivational. The advice is practical and original, with lots of little "secrets" that can help a slimmer to stay in control. I throughly enjoyed it and will most definitely use it as a guideline for weight loss.The only reason I don't give it five stars is because in certain parts the system seemed a bit too rigid to me personally. Instead of working around a slimmer's usual lifestyle it offers a complete 17-day rehaul, including a complete change of diet. While the recipes included in the book are undoubtedly healthy, a slimmer might find it hard to prepare them on top of her family's usual meals and menus. This is an excellent system for someone who lives on their own and is ready to embrace a major lifestyle change. Personally, I will use this book as a very clever and highly inspirational guideline as well as a source of excellent recipes and ideas, but I don't think I'll have the opportunity to do the whole thing.

After reviewing the entire book it is an easy concept. Have not put into practice yet but I plan to soon.

I like it! Lots of super easy recipes to use. You will not have trouble making these, they are that simple. Simple yet classy.This is a book that I really need! I'm trying to watch my weight, but I have trouble staying satisfied. The author describes foods in this book that are meant to be not only filling, but tasty as well. I'm following a pretty healthy diet but the big gap for me is between meals. I do like carrot sticks but there are only so many carrots you can eat.This book is great reading I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to read books in their spare time.
